Working days is one value per exam for the whole school — set it once here and every class and section uses the same number (only Admin/AHM can set or change it). Then enter each student's days present. Leave a student blank if not known yet — it prints blank, not 0. Attendance is shown on the rank card only; it does not affect total, rank or result.

Generate Rank Card (every exam so far, for this student)
School Name, Phone and Academic Year print from — set them once there. Address/Remarks below are optional and only for this printout; they aren't saved.
Reorder Subjects —
This order is used every time a Rank Card is printed for this class + section, until changed again.
Mark Entry Progress
Everyone can view this. Admin and AHM can drill in, click a Class/Sec/Subject to jump straight into Mark Entry, click Ranks to open the Rank List, or download the detailed table as a CSV.

Exam Analysis Report
Class-wise / subject-wise analysis in the DSE mark-analysis format. A class's report only unlocks once every subject in every section of that class is locked. For Class XI/XII, Weekly Test and Mid Term marks are automatically converted to the EMIS submission scale (per the school's Mark Conversion table) before pass/fail and totals are computed — this report's numbers are already EMIS-ready. Rank Cards are unaffected and continue to show marks exactly as entered.
Generate Report computes and previews the numbers below. Export to Excel writes those numbers into .xlsx files you can download — it's a separate step so a slow/failed export never forces recomputing everything; just click it again.
Pass / Fail / Absent Report
Per-student checkpoint, separate from the Abstract report above: a mark of 0 or blank counts as Absent (not a failing 0). Overall result — Absent if absent in ANY subject (overrides everything else), Pass only if every subject is a Pass, otherwise Fail. Pick one or more classes to review together.
School Strength Report
Live headcount computed from the Students sheet — never entered by hand, so it can't drift out of sync with who's actually enrolled. Medium (Tamil/English) and Aided/Self-Finance status come from Section Settings; a section not configured there shows as "Unclassified" rather than being guessed. Class XI/XII also break down by subject group (Bio, Computer Science, Commerce, EMA, History), same section bands used everywhere else in this app.
Section Settings
Set the Medium and Aided/Self-Finance status for every section that currently has students. This drives the Strength Report's breakdowns — a section left blank shows as "Unclassified" there instead of being guessed. Sections with no students yet aren't listed; add students first, then come back here.
Teacher Logins
+ Create New Teacher / Staff / Office Admin
New login gets a random temporary password, shown once after you click Create — you'll need to tell it to them yourself. They must change it on first sign-in. If you add a Gmail above (or later, in the table below), they can also sign in with that Google account instead. For a Teacher role, grant class/section/subject access afterward via "Manage Access" below.

Student Change Log
Every add, edit and transfer is recorded here, oldest changes at the bottom. Reverting restores the "Before" values and is itself logged — nothing is ever silently overwritten.
